We’ll work collaboratively to develop a new website for Primary using the existing Figma files with the latest designs. We'll then take this design and build it in Webflow adding cool interactions, web animations, and making it 100% responsive.
Designs will be created in Figma and presented using high fidelity mockups to explain the prototypes and interactions before moving on to Webflow. After approval of design, we’ll build the website in Webflow. All projects are managed using Notion.
You’ll receive an invitation to the project board after approval of the proposal.

In order to make sure we're bringing the right solution to this project, we need to have a strategic approach. So first thing we'll do is to jump on a discovery session to discuss what are the goals we need to achieve with the new website, content, and a visual direction.
On this phase, we’ll start building the “bones” of your website to establish all the content such as text, imagery, etc. Here is where we also plan the UX (User Experience) and start thinking about the UI (visual appearance of the website). At this point the sitemap of the website will be complete along with detailed wireframes.
Once the design phase kicks off, we'll arrange weekly meetings to share progress and gather feedback to make sure we're moving in the right direction. This way you'll be able to keep track of the process at all times rather than waiting for a full reveal. We follow a collaborative process where the client is always involved.
After design is complete, we'll provide 2 rounds of revisions to gather final feedback and cover final tweaks before moving on to development.
Once design is approved, we’ll replicate the design in Webflow making it pixel perfect and 100% responsive (desktop, tablet, mobile) plus adding some interactions and web animations to make the experience much more interesting and premium.
Once the website is ready for launch, we'll transfer the site to your Webflow account and support with connecting your custom domain, hosting, etc. A live workshop will be presented to show you and your team how to use your new website in Webflow.
The timeline below represents the projected timeline to complete your entire project. This timeline is subject to change, but a very good estimate. Project is to be completed during typical business days & hours.
